I need a solution
I have ITMS 7.1SP2 installed an am noticing that many of my virtual machines that have successfully ran a Full Inventory are not converting from Computers to Virtual Machines. Can someone please explain to me how the SMP determines which machines are virtual machines and then what process actually does the conversion? In addition, has anyone else had this issue before where machines are not being marked as virtual machines that should be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
