Creating a Maintenance Window

Hello,

We are running 7.1 and our company has some pretty specific maintenance windows.  I understand how to create a window, however I connot figure out how to align it to these times.

For instance, 7.1 can implement 2nd week Tuesday of each month, but that can differ from Second Tuesday of each month.

Thoughts?

2nd Tuesday of each month (10.00am – 2.00pm) OR  4th Tuesday of each month (11.00pm – 5.00am the following day)
