What is the Unit of measurement in Total Run Time Field from Table Monthly Summary

Dear All,

Hi just taken dump from  Monthly Summary table ,  for verification of software utilization..

Here it shows   21701.2278   data  in  column  "Total Run Time "   ,what is the unit of same  ? is it minutes /Seconds /miliseconds /microseconds or nano second ?
