How do I tell SIM that my ProcessManager database is on a different server?

I need a solution

Dear All,

I am trying to set up the IT Analytics Pack for Symantec ServiceDesk and having a bit of trouble.

When I go to the SIM, I see that the IT Analytics Pack for SD is not configured properly and I also see that the cubes are not in the Console at all. Not one.

When I run the Re-configuration, it fails with the following message in the a.log for that execution:

Invalid object name 'ProcessManager.dbo.ImIncidentTicket'.

From this, I reckon that the SIM seems to expect that the ProcessManager is on the same SQL Server as the SMP's database. Interestingly, at this customer, that this is not the case. Well, thinking about it, I would not expect the ProcessManager database to be on the same server as the Symantec_CMDB - each application hammers its database and we like to keep Databases as separate as possible.

So... in SIM, how do I tell it that the ProcessManager is on a different server, so that my Cubes can be configured, please?
