Task Instance Error - CTDataLoad.exe

I need a solution

We are getting below errors and I used a query to identify the Task. It was a Detection Check of the policy which is throwing the error. We are using the detection check against a RegKey. Becuase this regkey ensure the installation success of the software we push.

I need to understand, if the regkey is absent will the above error be thrown? we are using NS 7.1 SP2 Rollup 4 (without MP1) And also let me know if there are any best practices to use the compliance check?
