Report of PC's that have completed or failed a task

Greetings

I am trying to get a simple report that would list all computers that have either completed or failed a specific task. In the actual task, it does show this but there is no easy method to export the information (why that is is completely bonkers). I have looked at the Computers with Deployment Tasks Execution Status report however there appears to be no method to select the task that I have run. There is a drop down list that shows some specific tasks however I cannot select the task that I have run (also odd that the drop down list only list a collection of available tasks and not all avaialble tasks).

Any idea how this would be done?
