Custom Security Role / Create Software Resource / Create OG

Hi All,

I need to create a custom role on SMP 7.6, and I'm blocked on two points. The fisrt, I need to add the permissions to Create a software resource.

What are the minimum permissions to create a Software Resource, with command line, detection rules, etc ? My tests are KO with an error Item save to DB failed. 

The second point is the ability to create a Sub OG. My customer has created a view with several OG, and each site has an OG. I want to add the ability to create a sub OG to an existent group, but it doesn't work. I miss something but what ?
