Detection Rule for Internet Explorer 11

Looking for some advice on the best method to create a detection rule for the compliance check for Internet Explorer 11.

I've created the package using IEAK and I'm running into some issues with the detection rule for the application. Since Microsoft treats it as an update and not an application it doesn't show up in the software inventory list and I can't seem to identify the MSI product code for it.

I've created a detection rule using a Reg key value however when you look into the Agent,t he information that is being reported seems to be in conflict. Eben thought the agent  says the policy is compliance, the detection rule indicates it's not detected and will want to run it again during the maint window
