Does anyone have a suggestion to a report within Symantec Management Console (7.5) that I could run that will give me an accurate version of IE that is running on managed machines?
Currently I am trying the "Audit Software Search report" (Reports > Discovery and Inventory > Inventory > Cross-Platform > Software/Applications > General Software)... within the report I am using the "File Name:" field and searching for %iexplore.exe%
The issue I have with this report, is it appears that it shows me any instance that this file has been on a machine. Meaning, on one machine I may see that it has IE9, 10, and 11... All with various dates of modifications.
I can manipulate the spreadsheet of the report to sort by date, but there has to be an easier way... right???
Any help would be appreciated.
