Some Managed Computer cannot show hardware information (Screen capture is attached)

Dear all,

I have a All-in-One Altiris Notification Server 7.1 (Virtual Machine) for PC inventory & software deployment with MSSQL database 2008 R2.

I found some Managed Computer cannot show hardware information (Screen capture is attached).

Anyone have idea on case? Thankssss

Please refer the screenshot, there are 2 PC (PC1 & PC2),

- PC1 has the Hardware Tab which show Model. Ram, CPU...etc

- PC2 haven't the Hardware Tab (but all agents are installed, I also run Gather Inventory once! Last basic Inventory Received also is a updated date)
