How can I get AD report has User logon name and display name

I look at the report on Reports--> Notification Server Management-->Microsoft Active Directory-->Microsoft Active Directory Users with Contact Details

This report only show Name, but did not show User logn name

Example: Name (Nessel, Debra) is showing. I need show User logon name (dnessel) as well

Can some one show me how to query this?
