I am implementing the Deploy Image Task with DeployAnywhere (DA). I have been specifically workig with one model computer so far: Dell Optiplex 390 that is our trainign rooms. I have all required drivers in the DA DB and applied to the computer. Once in a while I will get a failure on the Task with the error that is in the attached word document.

Anyone know what could be going wrong (once in a while; about 20% of the time I image)? Does anyone know when to start looking in order to find this out?
In my screenshots taken today (3/30/2016) I was imaging fifteen computers simultaneously, one of the fifteen failed, and none of the drivers from DA were applied. The other fourteen Completed and moved onto their application/script tasks.
