I need a solution
We upgraded from CMS 7.5 to CMS 7.6 HF7 a few weeks ago and I've noticed recently on the NS and on our separate Task Server that some of the plugins have not been upgraded (despite most of the clients upgrading fine).
On the NS the plugins that have not upgraded are:
- Altiris Power Scheme Task Plugin (still on 7.5.3219)
- Deployment Package Server (still on 7.5.1599)
- Software Management Solution Agent (still on 7.5.3219)
On the separate Task Server the plugins that have not updated are:
- Altiris Client Task Server Agent (still on 7.5.3153) - There are 2 of these for some reason - one looks to be 32-bit, the other 64-bit. Both are still on the same version
- Altiris Power Scheme Task Plugin (still on 7.5.3219)
- Deployment Task Server Handler (still on 7.5.3219)
- Software Management Solution Agent (still on 7.5.3219)
The upgrade policies in the Agents/Plugins section all look OK and are turned on.
It looks like both the NS and the task server have downloaded the upgraded packages for some of the plugins, but not run them for some reason. For others, I can't even see that they've downloaded.
Any advise on what I can check and how I can get them upgraded?
