Windows 10 Update error

When conducting a Windows 10 Update, we receive an error; "Some apps need to be uninstalled; These programs need to be uninstalled because they aren't compatible with the upgrade." and it labels Symantec Endpoint Protection.

I cannot locate a resolution in online searches. The Windows 10 Pro machine was purchased a few months ago with Windows 10 installed.

Seeking advisement on how to update Windows 10 without having to uninstall Symantec protection (client version 12.1.6608.6300).
