I need a solution

My concern with this document is that I'm running CMS 8.0 HF3 and after looking over some of the tbles and compaing them to what I have in my CMDB it looks like it's out of date at this point. The document also doesn't do a great job of explaining the relationships between each table.
Is there any new documentation for the database schema of 8.0, or even 7.5 which is what I initially had before upgrading?
