Move Package Service to Another Server

I've been working with my Package Server running on the Notification Server, but it's getting to a point where the packages are taking up too much space and I'd like to move the Package Server to another Windows Server box for productivity reasons. I've installed the agent and package service on the non-NS server, but since doing that I've been getting errors on the NS and non-NS stating the package server could not access it's own website:

When I uninstall the agent from the non-NS server the messages go away. I feel like this has something to do with IIS, but from what I can find in the documentation I shouldn't need to do any sort of configuration there. Any ideas?
