Client Version showing version 12 and not 14

Hello,

I wanted to ask if there was a way to fix the problem of when I update a Client's Symantec from version 12 to 14 that it updates but on the manager it still reads 12. I attached a screenshot of the problem. Please someone help me, thanks.
