How to move packages from one NS to another NS in a new domain

Hello,

We recently built a new NS (8.1) in our new AD Domain. Is there a way to move the packages from one NS in the old domain to the new NS in the new domain? The old NS has 8.0 installed on it and the new has 8.1. The old NS will be decommissioned once we get everything moved over.
