Create AD Logins for SEPM

I have been using the guide

and

From the first guide, I created

No problem, it closes and allow me to contuniue, there are no replication partners yet.

When I create a new administrator

I give the administrator full rights to manage SEPM, and when I try to test the account it prompts me for this

Directory Account Authenticated, which leads to believe that now I can login with the user.

What Am I supposed to write on the login screen for I have been trying for 2 hours to figure it out?
