I need a solution
I'm a bit confused by the Application Tracking doughnut. Take the following doughnut.
According to this, I have 75 instances where the software is unused, and 85 instances where it is used.
So that I take as being,
- 75 computers where the software is installed, but hasn't been used within the 90 days (default period)
- 85 computers where the software is installed, and has been used within the last 90 days (default period)
- 480 machines where we just don't know

Now, what I don't understand is why do I here have so many machines where we just don't know? Further, when I look at the machines that have "No Tracking Data" I can see from the Add/Remove program inventory that the software IS INSTALLED. The agent health is all in the green too.
Does anyone out there know how to get some meaning out of the "No Tracking Data". As it stands, I'm just not sure where we stand. This SMP is at version 8.0HF5.
