Deploy to windows client

Hi, I need help on how to re-deploy symantec on a client that just reset it's windows to a new state, and the previous symantec client is automatically remove by system.
And I don't know why I just delete the client of this machine from SEPM. So now it's disastrous that SEPM deploy successfully to client but on client side it won't even install.
