8.1 RU4 - Condition blocks not editable or creatable

Hi,

Since upgrading from 8.1 RU3 to RU4, we have noticted that within a client job we can no longer create or edit conditions.

When creating a new one the GUI appears but the dropdown for "Choose or Type" is non-functional.

When editing an existing one the current value is there but again you cannot choose any other tasks in the job.

Adding a new rule on that page works but again the "Choose or Type" box does nothing.
