Upgraded to 8.1 from 8.0

I need a solution

Currently we upgraded client management solution 8.0 to 8.1 now we have to go threw and upgrade all the agents that are all still on the 8.0 setup. I have upgraded some of them but having some issue with the pluggable agent. I add a picture of this agent do I need to uninstall this agent because I tried to upgrade this one and it won't take. Plus I seen that it wanting a agent that a version lower for some reason. This agent is new as well because this was not part of the 8.0 version of symantec either. Can someone please up here not sure what I need to do.
