We use the Software Portal internally to make applications available to our users and this works great. The icon is on everyone's desktop for easy access. I'm building an image for use purely remotely that will be managed using the Cloud Enabled Management agent. The CEM agent is working great. The problem I'm running into is that the Software Portal icon is showing up on the desktop of the computer with the CEM agent. Deleting it seems to only be a temporary fix as it reappears later. The users of these systems will never be able to use the feature and we don't want them to anyway. Opening it shows a page with the message "Software portal supported only in the intranet." How can I keep this shortcut from showing up on their desktop? I'd greatly appreciate any help because I'm kind of fishing in the dark here.
