I can not have the remote control and Bios on startup

Intel AMT: 9.1.41
RAM memory: 8GB (3.44 GB usable)
Hard disk: 250 GB 1 partition
Processor: Intel® Core ™ I5-4590T CPU 2.00 GHZ
Network Card: Intel® I211 Gigabit Network Connection
Network Card: Intel® Ethernet Connection I217-LM
OS: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1, 32-bit

I already configure the Bios to enable the AMT and it is also configured, in the SCMS 8.1 console to manage it by Real Time I can not have the remote control or enter the BIOS on startup.

What should I continue to solve this problem if the console is 8.1, or share a link where you specify the versions supported by SCMS 8.1 for control with AMT.
