reporting using a stored procedure - now to disect

Ok so i know noting about stored procedures but when I launch resource manager for a machine. The Resource Manager Home screen shows Microsoft Hotfixes. I dove in and that page is being filled out by a stored procedure. I need to know how I can create a report based off of this so I can search machines with a specific patch installed. I would like to be able to create a report with a field the techs can put a specific patch and it will return all machines with it.
