Shared Schedule Issue

I need a solution

Hi All,

We are in version of 8.1 RU7 and I am not able to create an Shared schedule. When I try to create, the space is grayed out where we can give the name for the schedule. App ID also has the same situation. No error in log viewer. Have any one faced the similar situation with this version?

You response is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
