Running and Recently Completed Tasks portal in RU3

Hello all,

The RU3 release notes state that :

  "The new Running and Recently Completed Tasks portal lets you check the status of the tasks in real time and perform various task management actions."

Can't find the new portal page.  Where should I find it?
