Security Role not fully replicating

I have an AD import on my parent server which imports on a schedule.

Everything imported fine originally, then a user was added to the group.  That user imported and on the parent server it shows up in the group, however on the child NS servers the user is not replicated to the lower level servers, just the original ones it imported.  any thoughts on what I should be checking or should I open a support case?
