Is it possible to publish a package on the 7.1 software portal and use alternate credentials

Version 6 of CMS woul allow you to use Logged in user, System Account or Specified User with any program in a package. Then allow access through the software portal for it.

Now with Version 7.1 SP2 MP1 I'm trying to get Java 1.6 published to the sw portal, but it errors with that message " The installation package cannot be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.  "

I was able to resolve the error witn NS 6 by using a specified user (a system account).

I do not want create a policy with a date to infinity to get that specified user option.
