Assistance with Creating Custom Report

Good Morning Everyone,

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, but I need assistance with reporting.  What I need to do is create a report to show any endpoints containing a particular folder on any possible connected disk.  For example, I need to see which systems have a folder named "MyData" on the C: drive, or any flash drive, external disk, etc.  Is it possible to do this and if so, could someone give me step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish this?  I'm very new to the reporting aspect of Altiris and do not know any SQL.
