Help needed with detection rule

We are upgrading the version of MS Word on some of our machines from 2003 to 2007.  I have created a SMP and all is well.  We are having an issue as we would like the job to run a computer startup but obviously will run each reboot.  I have tried creating a detection rule but when a targeted workstation gets the policy and runs the job it just sits with the 'running' status and eventually times out.  I dont fully understand the detection rules but mine looks for winword.exe version x within program files.

Would this be the correct method or could someone please advise on how we could make this work?
