Inventory solution - Computers serial number showing to be field by OEM or Showing non

Hi

We using Inventory solution 7.1 sp2 b

In computers with duplicate serial number drill down it showing None, OEM, System Serial Number, To be filled by OEM etc

When we drill down the report it showing attach result instead of proper serial number

what to do to get proper serial number
