Can't Deploy anything after Altiris update

Hello, we are running 7.1 with one main Client Management server and two site servers.

We ran the Altiris updates from inside Symantec Installation Manager on the main server.

Now we are unable to deploy anything from the site servers. Everything comes up with "Waiting for agent to get task....." when checking the jobs. and the jobs dont run.

Any ideas as we are stumped??
