copy file

Hi,

We have a NS 7.1 environment. I have a screen saver that I need to copy to computers. In the past at another employer I recalled placing small files like this in the nscap folder on the NS. Then I would create a job that maps to the folder on the NS and copies the folder. As I recall a consultant was the one who suggested placing the files up in the nscap folder. I really don't want to create a software resoure just for this. I am looking for ideas from other folks who have had to do similiar things like this in the past.
