I need a solution
Altiris agent or Symantec Management agent are stopped in some servers, what causes that? I look in the services list and the Symantec Managmenet Agent is stopped. Anyone know what could have caused this? or what is the best way to make sure that it doesn't happen. Our servers do have SEP but the service is already exceptioned, our administrators aren't disabling. anyone know how to track it down via logs?
