Manual Software Installation from SMP Agent - Multiple Packages

I've reviewed the following forum post:

And this works great. 

BUT, add a second software package and the agent never downloads an applicable package even after the software fails the detection check.

For instance, I have a SEP 12.1.2015.2015 policy that has both the x64 and x86 packages associated to it.  Running this policy as a normal MSD works fine, but when I enable the ability to run it from the SMA, the package never downloads after going through the detection and applicability checks.

Can anyone else verify this?
