I am trying to manage/meter my MS Visio 2010 installs and ran into an issue where I am finding duplicates in my "Newly Discovered Software (results)" page. The product is listed as Microsoft Visio Premium 2010 (screeshot is attached). If I select the "Manage this Software" for one of the duplicates in my list it seems to save without any problem. When I go to add the second one I get a message of "There was a problem saving the software product. Check the Altiris logs for further details. Each software seems to have a different version number for the application which is why I think I am seeing it multiple times . If I check the system running the installs I see only one version installed.
Is there a way to combine all the different versions into one software title and then meter that one title? I am seeing something like version 14.0.1400 and 14.0.1520.
