Software Delivery Package not fully copying to target

I am trying to deploy SEP 12.1.3001.165 to my workstations using Altiris CMS 7.1 SP2 FR6 for an upgrade from SEP 11.  A "Quick Delivery" task was created to deploy the software package of the client created in SEP Manager.  This package is 342mb in size and consists of 442 files and 35 folders.  The local workstation gets the install task, however during the process of copying the package from the site server, it gets all 35 folders but only 161 files totalling 331mb.  This behavior happens on every workstation I have tested so far.  Any ideas?
