License renwal Altiris CMS 7.1

Hello,

We have CMS 7.1 SP2 MP1 with 700 clients. If we intend to migrate to another deployment platform and not renew our current licenses for deployment, soffware, inventory, meetring and so on. What will happen to the functioanlity? Will the agents on clients stop communicating with the NS server?

Will we still be able to perform:
-Deployment (imaging and OS installations)
-Software installations (SVS and regular installations)
-Inventory
-Meetering

The transition might take as log as one year so its crucial for us to know what we loose in form of functionality during the migration.
