Receiving Errors while installing CMS 7.5 and ITMS 7.5

Hello! 

When i install products CMS 7.5 and ITMS 7.5 i take error: "Products is not properly configured".

If i "Reconfigure" take erorr "Install failure while installing (Package: Diagnostics x64) 7.1.8400 {144b6a95-9495-465f-bfd0-50ec58f55cab} http://www.solutionsam.com/solutions/7_1/smp/7_1_s... (in product Symantec Management Platform 7.1 SP2 MP1). Windows Installer API return code: 110"

I see this logs on "Altiris Log Viewer".

Help me, please :)
