Unable to uninstall automation partition

Hello Everyone,

After successfully imaging a Mac computer running OSX 10.8.5 using the image that was created from another Mac with identical hardware and running the same OS version, i am unable to delete the automation parition after booting into the production partition that is now using the new image that i deployed to it. Is there a way to still uninstall the automation partition off of a system that has a different software configuration on its production partition vs its automation partition as a result of the newly deployed image?
