Since our upgrade to 7.5, our helpdesk technicians can no longer deploy Quickrun software installs. I have jobs set up that they would just type machine name and click run to install software, which worked fine with 7.1. Since the upgrade, they click on the jobs now they get "You currently do not have sufficient rights to perform this action.Please contact your local area network administrator for further assistance."
I see nothing obvious unchecked under Settings - Security - Account Management - Select their role - Privileges
In Log Viewer on server I see "): Could not load the Software Component Superceds Software Component Resource Associations. Click menu: Settings->Security->Permissions. And select item: Settings->Notification \Server\Resource Associations\Software Management"
I tried this but when I go to Settings->Security->Permissions - Settings - NS - I'm not seeing Resource associations.
If I navigate in Security Role Manager with the helpdesk role selected to View - All Items - Tasks - scroll down and find the task in question the settings are set read and task server run task (attached screenshot).
Any ideas? I'll put a ticket in too.
