Can't get client to register with task server?

for some reason I just can not get this client to register.

I look in the logs and see this

CTaskServerNetCommsConnection::UpdateServerList(): Failed to update server list

Other clients at the same location are able to register.  This is a fresh install.  Not sure if it is more wide spread just know of this one so far.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the agent and all plugins and still get the same thing.
