I am wondering what's the best way to troubleshoot why my Linux client machines aren't updating their SMA. I have the policy turned on at:
Symantec Management Agent > UNIX/Linux/Mac > Symantec Management Agent for UNIX/Linux/Mac - Upgrade
This is using Run: By Schedule, check every 12 hours repeat daily. The Target UNIX/Linux/Mac Computers Requiring Symantec Maangement Agent Upgrade is at 0. However, the UNIX/Linux/Mac Computers with Symatnec Management Agent installed target it is at 6. Why don't these six machines register as needing an upgrade?
I am trying to get them from 7.5.3200 to 7.5.3300. The bootstraps at http://MYSMP.domain.lcl/Altiris/UnixAgent/AltirisUnixAgentDownload.aspx?Id=Linux%20(x86) install 3300 properly, but pre-existing installs won't upgrade.
