If Workflow can connect directly with third-party Service Desk software for Process Automation for Service Desk functionalities.

Does CMS/SMS have support for managed engine?

For the interfaces and reporting, does CMS/SMS have Data Export for OEM Reporting?

Can we set thresholds for compliance monitoring in CMS?

Do we have information on Exchange Connectors for CMS/SMS?
