Quick Delivery Tasks since install HF7

I need a solution

I had a different issue which Symnatec support said to run SIM and it had 9 hotifxes to install. Since installing these hotfixes we can no longer do a Quick Delivery Task of any software which we rely on lot for testing and plugging security vulnerabilities and we view the task it shows failed with the error below:

An unknown exception was thrown.

System.Exception: Unable to get a .NET type named [Altiris.TaskManagement.Common.Tokens.TokenDefinitionCollection, Altiris.TaskManagement.Common, Version=7.6.1655.18, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=99b1e4cc0d03f223] at Altiris.DotNetLib.Collections.ParamInfo.ToValue() at Altiris.DotNetLib.Collections.SerializedParameterCollection.ToParameterValueCollection() at Altiris.ClientTask.Server.Data.ClientTaskServerExecutionInstance.get_InputParameterValues() at Altiris.ClientTask.Server.Execution.ClientTaskEngineExecutionThread.LoadInputParametersFromTaskInstanceParent() at Altiris.ClientTask.Server.Execution.ClientTaskEngineExecutionThread.Execute() at Altiris.TaskManagement.Common.Execution.Engine.TaskExecutionEngine.ProcessTaskExecuteOperation(TaskInstanceRequest request, TaskEngineExecutionThread thread)

We can use a managed software delivery to push out software nd this seems to work, just not quick delivery tasks.

Also since the hotfixes installed we are now also unable to use the add button on software packages, new software packages or editing software packages, basically anything that involves clicking the add button nothing happens at all. However if I do it from my machine through the webconsole I can add, edit soiftware fine. The only issue is with this is the link betwen our sites hence why we usually do it from NS server console and then distribute the packages to the child servers and deploy from there.

Has anyone come across this issue before? i do have a call logged with Symantec but they advised it will take some time to investigate which is a I belive is polite way of saying we not a clue as why this is happening.
