Access control Altiris 7.5

Not sure if this is the right place for this question.

I need to create a folder in Altiris "7.5" with specific jobs and taks and restric access to it through security group in AD.

I think i need to create a rule first. 

Not able to find "how to" yet on symantec connect or google.

Maybe someone can point in the right direction?
