Filters/Reports not populating correctly

Hey Guys,

We are in a bizarre situation where any of our AD filters and reports we have created using OU's are only displaying virtual machines. Computer filters work fine.  We have also noticed that if we create a custom SQL report using the Inv_OU_Membership table as a join no data is displayed unless the machine is virtual.  I know that the inventory solution is working as I ran a full one on my own machine yesterday but not understanding what is going on here.  I have also successfully run a AD import of our computers.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
