New package server - CPU maxing out

I'm sure i've seen a fix for this. I've got a new Package server on Win2008Sp2 - Its taking an age to replicate the packages (i tried manually copying the packages as suggested in a KB and then restarted the service - doesn't looks like it worked.)

Anyway - the processor is maxing out - inetinfo.exe is the cuplrit. Anyone know how to resolve this ?
